HPV vaccinations for Year 8

If you would like your child to receive the HPV vaccine in school on the above date, please click the blue button below to complete the NHS online consent form. If you would like to decline the vaccine for your child, please complete the online form to provide ‘NO TO CONSENT’.
The online form will close on 16 May 2025. Paper consent forms are also available from school.

2024-2025 Vaccinations
Below are the dates for all vaccinations taking place in school from January 2025. A link to provide parental consent for vaccinations will be provided nearer the date of the visit.
- Tuesday 4 February 2025: DTP/ACWY vaccinations for Year 9
- Friday 23 May 2025: HPV vaccinations for Year 8
- Monday 24 July 2025: ‘Mop-up’ vaccinations for students who missed the above
