Year 7 trip to The Tower of London

Year 7 Take on the Tower of London!

Last week, 95 of our Year 7 children enjoyed an incredible trip to the Tower of London as part of their history education.

They explored the Crown Jewels, the White Tower built by William the Conqueror, saw Henry VIII’s armour, and learned about the dramatic stories of Queens who lost their heads!

Our children were an absolute credit to EGS, showing fantastic behaviour and manners — even members of the public commented!

To top it off, our amazing coach drivers gave us a scenic tour of London on the way home, passing Big Ben, The Shard, Trafalgar Square, and the Christmas lights on Regent Street.

A huge thank you to all the staff who made this day so memorable! 💙
