Extra-curricular Activities
Below you will find our full range of Ellis Electives: our extra-curricular activities including after-school clubs, Year 11 ‘extra study’ sessions, music lessons and PE fixtures planned for November to December 2024. Queries regarding Ellis Electives can be made by email to:

After-School Clubs
After-School Clubs run between 3.00pm and 4.00pm. Sign-up is required through the Arbor Parent App before your child attends any Club (look for Clubs in the Activities section on the Arbor dashboard).
Places are on a first-come first-serve basis. If, at any point, your child no longer wishes to attend a club, please send an email to request your child’s membership is cancelled to: enquiries@ellisguilfordschool.org.uk

Music lessons are heavily subsidised by the school but we do ask for a contribution of £5 per lesson, payable on Arbor under School Shop. Please read the letter below for more information:
PE Fixtures
Students who regularly attend PE Clubs and demonstrate excellent performance and attitude in PE will have the opportunity to be selected for our teams.
Y10/Y11 Success Sessions
During Year 10 and Year 11, the Key Stage 4 team provide a number of opportunities for students to catch up on coursework, receive extra support and participate in revision masterclasses. Click the images below to see what’s currently on offer. There are a range of before-school, break-time and after-school ‘extra study’ sessions (some of these are open to Year 10 as well).
Parental consent is required before your child can attend any of the sessions. Parents/Carers should sign up their children to the sessions through the Arbor Parent App (look for Clubs in the Activities section on the Arbor dashboard). These will be available shortly.
