Catering & Arbor Pay

We are switching from ParentPay to Arbor Pay

The move from ParentPay to Arbor for payments means that you will have less logins!

Please read the letter below for more information.

About Arbor Pay

This system enables parents and carers to make payments for school meals, reducing the risk of lost money and ensuring learners spend money on good healthy meals.

We accept online payments for items such as dinner money and school trips. Arbor Payments provides a secure website and App where you will be able to pay online using your credit or debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Arbor Pay will be our preferred method of making payments to school.

Your Arbor Account

You will receive your invitation to register for the Arbor Parent App / Parent Portal when your child joins Ellis Guilford. For new Year 7 students starting in September, you will receive information on how to create your Arbor account during the summer break.

Parents/carers need to ensure their child’s lunch account is topped up so it remains in credit.

To find out out how to create your account, please click on the link below.

Our Catering Provider: Caterlink

From September 2024, our school catering will be provided by Caterlink, a national catering provider and the preferred caterer for our Trust. The school menu will be set each term and will be uploaded on this page, once available, so that parents and pupils can make their choices for the each week. Food is served from our catering pods and main restaurant.

For more information about Caterlink, their food and services, please have a look around Caterlink’s website. If you have any questions about the move to Caterlink, please feel free to contact the school:
